All of our meats are locally sourced through our trusted partner, Two Rivers. We prioritize freshness, quality, and ethical sourcing, ensuring every cut is handled with care from farm to table.

Seafood
Our seafood is supplied by Organic Ocean, a sustainability-focused company committed to protecting marine ecosystems. This guarantees the highest quality and freshness in every dish.

Please note: some of our seafood is “de-naturalized” using lime juice. Consuming raw or lightly marinated seafood may pose a risk to certain individuals.
