Molten Cheese Fondue - Queso Fundido

Mezcaleria’s signature molten cheese fondue preparation.

This item is packaged and delivered to you without been cooked; please follow these instructions:

Note: We highly recommend using the Oven option 

On the Oven:

Preheat the oven at 350º, place the mix of cheese on a skillet or regular oven resistant pan.

Place the oven resistant pan under the broiler for 8 to 10 min approx. Please, Watch closely until the cheese is melted and bubbling and starts to brown.

Carefully take it out of the oven; if the case, pour the protein/vegetables/salsa of your choice and mix it.

Cheese is ready!

Enjoy it with warm corn or flour tortillas.

On Stove:

Place the pan on an unused eye on your stove or another heat-safe surface. 

Carefully place the cheese in the pan and stir it until it is completely melted and smooth; it should take about 5 to 8 minutes for the cheese to completely melt.

Pour the melted cheese into a container; if the case, add the protein / vegetables / salsa of your choice and mix it.

Cheese is ready!
